    PROJETO TEMÁTICO FAPESP - Processo 2015/21972-6 - Otimização da Operação e do Planejamento de Sistemas de Transmissão e de Distribuição de Energia Elétrica

    Trata este edital da seleção de um bolsista de Pós-Doutorado para trabalhar no Projeto Temático FAPESP Processo 2015/21972-6, junto ao Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia Elétrica (UNESP/Ilha Solteira).

    O coordenador do Projeto Temático, Prof. Dr. Rubén Augusto Romero Lázaro, receberá inscrições para realização do processo seletivo de um bolsista de Pós-Doutorado que possa desenvolver o tema de pesquisa: Proposta do Desenvolvimento de Técnicas Fluxo de Potência Ótimo em Redes Inteligentes através de um Sistema Multiagente.

    1 - Calendário
    Inscrições: 25/06/2017 a 30/08/2017.
    Análise da documentação: 03/09/2017.
    Resultado final: dia 05/09/2017, divulgado no site do PPGEE - UNESP/Ilha Solteira.

    2 - Documentos exigidos
    - Currículo na plataforma Lattes (devidamente documentado/comprovado);
    - Histórico escolar da Pós-Graduação (mestrado e doutorado);
    - Súmula curricular;
    - Relatório descrevendo os motivos da candidatura e experiência na área referente ao tema do projeto de pesquisa.

    3 - Local e entrega dos documentos
    a) Entregar pessoalmente na secretaria do Departamento de Engenharia Elétrica - Campus III da Faculdade de Engenharia de Ilha Solteira. Horário: das 9 às 11:30 horas e das 13:30 às 17:30 horas.
    b) Os candidatos residentes fora de Ilha Solteira poderão enviar a documentação via Correios (exclusivamente por SEDEX) para:

    4 - Critério para inscrição
    a) O candidato deverá ter concluído o doutoramento há menos de 7 (sete) anos.
    b) Não ser aposentado ou estar em condição equiparada.
    c) A bolsa pressupõe dedicação exclusiva ao projeto de pesquisa.
    d) O bolsista não pode ter vínculo empregatício nem poderá receber, durante toda a vigência da bolsa, bolsa de outra entidade, salário ou remuneração decorrente do exercício de atividades de qualquer natureza.
    i. A critério da FAPESP poderão ser consideradas situações nas quais o candidato tenha vínculo empregatício e uma licença para afastamento da instituição de origem, com ou sem vencimentos, e que permita a dedicação exclusiva ao projeto de pesquisa.
    e) O candidato deverá demonstrar experiência e formação acadêmica para o desenvolvimento do projeto de pesquisa: Proposta do Desenvolvimento de Técnica FPO em Redes Inteligentes através de um Sistema Multiagente.

    b) Formação acadêmica direcionada para a execução do projeto de pesquisa.

    This scholarship application process aims to select a postdoctoral intern for working in the Thematic Project from FAPESP (grant n. 2015/21972-6) that is being performed by the Electrical Engineering Postdoctoral Program at São Paulo State University (PPGEE-UNESP) of Ilha Solteira.

    The Thematic Project chairman, Prof. Rubén Augusto Romero Lázaro, will receive application letters during the selection procedure of one postdoctoral scholarship intern for working in the following research theme: Development of Optimum Power Flow Methods in Smart Grids using Multiagent Systems.

    1 - Deadlines
    Enrollment: June 25th - August 30th, 2017.
    Document analysis: September 3rd, 2017.
    Final result: September 5th, 2017, at web page www.feis.unesp.br/#!/ppgee.

    2 - Required documents
    - Curriculum from Lattes platform (with proof documentation);
    - Academic Transcript (Msc and PhD degrees);
    - Curriculum summary;
    - Report with applicant motivations and his expertise related to the research project theme.

    3 - Location for delivering documents
    a) Delivering by himself at the Electrical Engineering Office - Campus III of Engineering College in Ilha Solteira. Time: from 9:00 to 11:30 and from 13:30 to 17:30 hours.
    b) Applicants living outside the Ilha Solteira should use the post office and mail their documents to:

    Important: There is a deadline to mail the documentation.

    4 - Applicant requirements
    a) Applicant must have got the PhD degree at most 7 (seven) years ago;
    b) Applicant cannot be retired or be in equal condition;
    c) The scholarship requires fulltime working in the research project;
    d) During the scholarship lifetime, the scholarship intern cannot have another job with income, scholarship from other funding agency, salary or income from activities' realization of any type;
    e) According to the FAPESP criteria, special conditions could be considered where the applicant has a employment tie and a waiver order of the employer institution, with or without incomes, that allows fulltime working in the research project;
    f) Applicant must have expertise and academic education for rendering the research project: Development of Optimum Power Flow Methods in Smart Grids using Multiagent Systems.

    5 - Selection procedure
    a) Curriculum analysis;
    b) Academic education oriented to the realization of the research project.

    This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationalities. The selected candidate will receive a FAPESP's Post-Doctoral fellowship in the amount of R$ 6.819,30 monthly and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 15% of the annual value of the fellowship which should be spent in items directly related to the research activity.
