FAPESP - British Council Researcher Connect 2016 Versão em português

FURTHER INFORMATION

Besides detailed information as described in the Call for Proposals (www.britishcouncil.org.br/newton-fund/chamadas/researcher-connect-confap-fapesp-2016-2017) , applicants from the State of São Paulo must follow the additional instruction below:

1. Considering that the FAPESP - British Council Researcher Connect Programme follow the objectives agreed by both parties in the Memorandum of Understanding (www.fapesp.br/9412), applicants must present their proposals according to FAPESP’s guidelines in the “Auxílio à Pesquisa – Organização de Reunião Científica e/ou Tecnológica” funding scheme, as described at www.fapesp.br/156

1.1. Attention : Due to institutional feature of the BC-Researcher Connect program, FAPESP will only accept one proposed by Institution.

2. The list of FAPESP’s eligible items are available at: www.fapesp.br/156#3824, Item 8.

3. Non-eligible costs, as described in Item 9 at www.fapesp.br/156#3824, can be funded by the British Council/Newton Fund according the Item 17.1 of the call for proposals. (https://www.britishcouncil.org.br/sites/default/files/researcher_connect_call_-_confap_fapesp_2016_2017.pdf).

4. Applicants from the State of São Paulo must also send to FAPESP the following documents:

a. FAPESP Research Proposal form and Researcher’s Registration form

b. FAPESP Budget Worksheets

c. If the applicant is not the Pro-Rector of Post-Graduation and/or Research of the host institution, but his/hers representative, a document certifying such representation must be presented.

4.1. The submission of additional documents requested by FAPESP, described above, should be sent until July 13, 2016, exclusively via mail, to the address:

Please write on the envelope: “Chamada BNRC/FAPESP”

Only envelopes with postage date stamped by the post office within the time limit referred to above will be accepted.
