She is a Professor of Finance at the Department of Administration at the Faculty of Economics, Administration, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences at Universidade de São Paulo (FEA-USP). She completed a bachelor's, master's and doctorate in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance. She is vice-coordinator of the Professional Master's in Entrepreneurship at FEA. She is the coordinator of the Support Center for Entrepreneurial Management (Nage), the FEA Culture and Extension Center, a fundamental initiative to promote entrepreneurship and innovation at FEA-USP.

To strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystem, it developed executive education programs for entrepreneurs and angel investors, providing essential knowledge and tools for investment decisions and access to private capital.

Building bridges between Academia and Industry also becomes the focus of his work with the structuring of the first executive training initiative for entrepreneurs and angel investors to encourage investments in early-stage companies. Researcher and author of articles in the area of finance, valuation and Finance for Entrepreneurship. Author of books in the area of finance and valuation.

She was responsible for the Entrepreneurship area at the USP Innovation Agency, AUSPIN. As a leader in the entrepreneurship area, she worked on developing an engine of innovation and entrepreneurship within USP during the period from 2018 to 2023 when USP is recognized as the most Entrepreneurial University in Brazil.

She also had the opportunity to expand his knowledge and perspectives as a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, one of the highest education institutions in entrepreneurship in the world. This international experience enriched his vision of the global innovation ecosystem, providing valuable insights for his initiatives at USP.

Coordinator of the Extension Project for Training Partners in Scientific-Technological Based Startups, facilitating the formation of partnerships between Scientists, Researchers and Business Partners in addition to education for access to Private Venture Capital: angel investors and Venture Capital investors.

And finally, is dedicated to creating opportunities for students to engage in entrepreneurial activities, providing an environment conducive to experimentation and developing innovative ideas. It encourages student participation in programs, workshops, and competitions, offering tools and resources to transform their ideas into concrete projects, including deep techs and create an environment conducive to collaboration and the development of new businesses.
