Food Engineer graduated from UNICAMP, with MBA from Ibmec, master's and doctorate in business administration from FGV - EAESP in the themes of collaboration, performance, innovation and sustainability.
Has worked in innovation since the beginning of her career.
Her professional experience also covers the entire value chain of the packaging industry, developing new materials, markets, services, processes and packaging (ITAL / CETEA, Itap Bemis / Dixe Toga, Natura).
Still at Natura, she worked in management of research and development, management of development projects and launch of new products. She was responsible for strategic innovation management and the open innovation model within networks (partnerships, network intelligence for innovation, Natura Campus programs, Cocriando Natura and Natura Start Ups) (2004-2017).
She was part of the board of directors of the National Association of Research, Development and Engineering of Innovative Companies - ANPEI (2009-2011, 2011-2013, 2016-2017), Superior Council of USP Innovation Agency - AUSPIN (2012-2016), Deliberative Council of National Council for Scientific and Technological Development - CNPq - Representative of the Business Community (2012-2017).
She is vice-coordinator of the FGV EAESP Innovation Center - FGVin (since 2018), and researcher and professor at the same institution through the Operations, Sustainability and Innovation department (since 2017). She is part of the Administrative Council of the Institute for Technological Research - IPT (since 2020).
She is also dedicates herself to education in innovation (under graduation, graduation, professional master’s and executive) and We Fab (maker innovation consulting).
