• Resumo Summary

  O Núcleo de Instituições Políticas e Eleições (NIPE/CEBRAP) abre uma vaga de pós-doutorado, com bolsa pré aprovada pela FAPESP, para atuar em pesquisa sobre presidencialimo e coalizões de governo no Brasil e na América Latina no âmbito do Projeto Temático “Instituições Políticas, Padrões de Interação Executivo-Legislativo e Capacidade Governativa”, sob coordenação do Prof. Dr. Fernando Limongi. O objetivo é analisar de forma comparada a importância da extensão dos poderes legislativos do Executivo e da forma de organização interna do Legislativo como chaves para o entendimento do padrão de relações entre Executivo e Legislativo e do desempenho governamental em países da América Latina.

  Para se inscrever, envie um e-mail intitulado “Bolsa Pós-Doutorado” para necifflch@usp.br com os seguintes documentos:

  - Currículo lattes ou curriculum vitae;
  - Proposta sintética de pesquisa (máximo 4 páginas), a qual deve relacionar-se com o tema geral da bolsa;
  - Histórico escolar de pós-graduação completo;
  - Certificado de conclusão do doutorado ou, exclusivamente para candidatos que não concluíram o doutorado, carta indicando a provável data de defesa da tese de doutorado, a qual deverá ser anterior a 01/03/2021.

  A análise dos documentos constituirá fase eliminatória e as aprovadas serão convocadas para entrevista virtual/online.

  A vaga está aberta a brasileiros e estrangeiros. O selecionado receberá Bolsa de Pós-Doutorado da FAPESP no valor de R$ 7.373,10 mensais e Reserva Técnica equivalente a 15% do valor anual da bolsa para atender a despesas imprevistas e diretamente relacionadas à atividade de pesquisa.

  The Political Institutions and Elections laboratory at the Brazilian Center for. Analysis and Planning (NIPE/CEBRAP, São Paulo, Brazil) is receiving applications for one post-doctoral scholarship to develop research on presidentialism and government coalitions in Brazil and Latin America. This scholarship is associated with the Research Project “Political institutions, patterns of executive-legislative relations and government capacity”, directed by Prof. Dr. Fernando Limongi. The goal of this proposal is to comparatively assess the critical role of the extension of the legislative powers of the Executive and the internal organization of the legislatures on the modes of Executive-Legislative relations and on governmental performance in Latin American countries.

  Send an e-mail entitled “Postdoctoral fellowship” to necifflch@usp.br containing the following documentation:

  - Curriculum Vitae or Lattes Curriculum (for researchers residing in Brazil);
  - Brief research statement (4 pages at most), which should be related to the main theme of this fellowship;
  - Graduate school transcripts;
  - Certificate of Ph.D. degree awarded or, exclusively for candidates who have not yet completed their doctorate requirements, a letter indicating the probable date of the defense of the doctoral thesis, which must be no later than March 1st, 2021

  The analysis of the documents will be an eliminatory phase. The approved ones will be called for a virtual interview.

  This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationalities. The selected candidate will receive a Post-Doctoral fellowship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) in the amount of R$ 7,373.10 monthly and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 15% of the annual value of the fellowship which should be spent in items directly related to the research activity.
