  • Resumo Summary

    O Bone Research Lab, localizado na Faculdade de Odontologia de Ribeirão Preto – Universidade de São Paulo, busca candidato altamente motivado para oportunidade de Pós-Doutorado vinculado a Projeto Temático financiado pela FAPESP. A bolsa terá duração inicial de 01 ano.

    O(A) candidato(a) deverá ter obtido o título de Doutor há menos de 02 anos em qualquer área da Saúde. O(A) candidato(a) deve possuir interesse pelo trabalho na área de terapia celular para regenerar tecido ósseo. É fundamental que o(a) candidato(a) tenha proficiência, comprovada preferencialmente por artigos publicados, em cultura de células com ênfase na cultura de células-tronco mesenquimais e sua diferenciação osteoblástica, transfecção de células, CRISPR, PCR em tempo real, western blot, cirurgia em animais de pequeno porte (ratos e camundongos) e análises microtomográfica e histológica de cortes não-descalcificados. Excelente comunicação oral e escrita é indispensável.

    A vaga está aberta a brasileiros e estrangeiros. O selecionado receberá Bolsa de Pós-Doutorado da FAPESP no valor de R$ 8.479,20 mensais e Reserva Técnica equivalente a 10% do valor anual da bolsa para atender a despesas imprevistas e diretamente relacionadas à atividade de pesquisa.

    The Bone Research Lab at the University of São Paulo's School of Dentistry of Ribeirão Preto (FOR-USP), São Paulo state, Brazil, is accepting applications for a one-year post-doctoral research position within the scope of a Thematic Project supported by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP).

    The highly motivated candidate must have received a PhD degree in Biological Sciences within the last 02 years and should be interested in working with cell therapy to regenerate bone tissue.

    The candidate must have proficiency, preferentially demonstrated by published articles, in cell culture with emphasis in culture of mesenchymal stem cells and their osteoblastic differentiation, cell transfection, CRISPR, real-time PCR, western blot, animal surgery (rat and mouse), microtomographic analysis and histological analysis of non-decalcified tissues.

    Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

    The selected candidate will work on subprojects 1 and 2 of the Thematic Project.
