Ozolins holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Centro Universitário da FEI. He has a lato sensu degree in Strategic Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM), Business Management from INSEAD and stricto sensu in Sustainable Rural Development in their master’s program at State University of Campinas (Unicamp).

As a C-Level executive he headed several companies businesses in the Telecommunications sector (including startups), sitting “on both sides of the table”, that is, as a Service Operator Provider and as well as an Equipment and Systems Supplier for the Latin American market. He has solid experience in activities related to of new businesses development tied to technological innovation and traditional businesses. He has been a rural milk producer since 2003 in the South Region of Minas Gerais State.

Strategist, his perception built along his tracking record in positioning businesses (including Incubators) is that the business results and differentiation is produced by the people rather than technology or money.

Acts as a Professional Business Mentor since 2013s. Since then, he has been coordinating the development of the Gaidits Methodology to prepare professional businesses mentors with a mentoring method.

Until June 2021, he was Director of Qualification and Certification of Business Mentors at ABMEN (Brazilian Association of Business Mentors). Participates in FAPESP's High Technology Entrepreneurship Training Program (Pipe Empreendedor) since its 2nd. Edition.
