Vivian Vanessa França Henn

Area Panel - Physics

Received her Bachelor's degree in Physics - State University of Londrina (UEL, 2003), Master’s degree in Physics - Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar, 2005), and PhD in Physics - São Carlos Institute of Physics (IFSC) (USP, 2008). She has postdoctoral experience at the IFSC (USP, 2009) and at Albert-Ludwigs University Freiburg, Germany (Uni- Freiburg, 2012).

Currently holds an Associate Professor position at the São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP), Department of Engineering, Physics, and Mathematics, at the Institute of Chemistry of UNESP in Araraquara.

She is a member of the Editorial Board of the Scientific Reports, from the Nature Group. She was awarded the "1st UNESP Women Teachers and Researchers Award" in the "Young Talent" category (UNESP, 2022).

She works at the interface of the areas of Condensed Matter Physics and Quantum Information Theory, exploring entanglement, superfluidity, and quantum phase transitions in interacting and heterogeneous nanostructures.
