FAPESP and GlaxoSmithKline issue call for proposals Researchers are invited to send proposals in topics such as "Metabolic Diseases", "Tropical and Neglected Diseases" and "Biopharmaceuticals and Vaccines" (GSK)

FAPESP and GlaxoSmithKline Brasil (GSK) make public a Call for Proposals and invite interested researchers, working within public or private Higher Education or Research Institutions in the State of São Paulo, to submit projects under the cooperation agreement between FAPESP and GSK.

The purpose of the Call is to define the conditions for the submission of proposals for research projects that generate knowledge about new techniques, methodologies, processes and technologies of interest from FAPESP and GSK.

The Call for Proposals invites research proposals in following topics: “Metabolic Diseases”, “Tropical and Neglected Diseases”, “Infectious Diseases”, “Respiratory Diseases”, “Inflammation and Immunology” and “Biopharmaceuticals and Vaccines”.

The proposals should also comply with the conditions of the FAPESP program of Partnership for Technological Innovation (PITE). The total amount available for this Call for Proposals is US$ 600,000.00 (with a maximum of US$ 200,000.00 per project).
