FAPESP and NSF announce result of opportunity for collaboration in chemistry The objective of the program is to stimulate the establishment of collaborative activities between researchers in the United States and in the State of São Paulo (NSF)

FAPESP and the National Science Foundation Division of Chemistry announce the result of a Call for Proposals issued in 2011 for the International Collaborations in Chemistry (ICC) Program.

The goal of this partnership is to stimulate innovative research projects in Chemistry conducted in cooperation between researchers in the U.S. and in the State of São Paulo.

The call was open to all areas of Fundamental Chemistry, with emphasis on "Sustainable Chemistry", including: Chemical Synthesis, Catalysis Chemistry, Theory, Models and Computational Methods, Measurements and Chemical Images, Structure, Dynamics and Chemical Mechanisms, Chemistry Macromolecular, Supramolecular and Nanochemistry, Environmental Chemistry, or Chemistry of life processes.
