He is a member of the Natura Board of Directors and company co-founder. Since 2013, he has chaired the Totvs Board of Directors.
He holds a BA in Production Engineering from the Politechnic School of the University of São Paulo, with specialization in Business Administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation.
He devotes himself to a variety of entities and organizations. He is president of the SOS Atlantic Forest Foundation and was president of the Industrial Development Studies Institute (IEDI) and member of the Board of Trustees of the National Quality Foundation (FNQ).
He is a member of the board of directors of Endeavor Brazil Institute and the Institute for Technological Research (IPT) and of the board of trustees at the Dom Cabral Foundation (FDC). He is also a member of the Business Mobilization through Innovation (MEI) project.
