FAPESP and the Research Council of Norway (RCN) commit themselves to implement scientific and technological cooperation between researchers from the State of São Paulo and from RCN, through the funding of joint research projects.
For each research project approved, FAPESP will assume the funding of research teams from the State of São Paulo and RCN will assume the funding of research teams from Norway, in all cases according to their national rules and regulations and budget availability.
Memorandum of understanding signed on September 21, 2016, with a validity of five years.
