FAPESP announces result of SPRINT 2021 call Versão em português

The strategy designed to fund the mobility of researchers from the State of São Paulo with institutions abroad selects proposals.

The São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) announces the result of a call for proposals launched in 2021 under the SPRINT – São Paulo Researchers in International Collaboration initiative.

The SPRINT aims at promoting the engagement of researchers affiliated with higher education and research institutions in the State of São Paulo in partnership with researchers abroad in order to further develop qualitatively the ongoing research projects and work cooperatively, aiming at the elaboration of joint research projects for medium and long term.

The call detailed the conditions to submit proposals for the mobility of researchers with the following institutions, that hold cooperation agreements with FAPESP: Fonds de la Recherche Scientifique (Belgium), Technische Universität Berlin (Germany), University of Tsukuba (Japan), Delft University of Technology (Netherlands), Cardiff University, Glasgow University e University of Manchester (United Kingdom), Purdue University, Texas A&M University, Texas Tech University and University of Nebraska – Lincoln (United States).

The opportunity was also opened to proposals from researchers whose partners are from institutions that did not applied for this edition or with those that FAPESP does not have a current agreement.

No proposals were selected with partners from Technische Universität Berlin and Purdue University.
