Goal
The poster will present research has established relevant to the topic of climate and hydrological extremes, natural disasters, climatological, vulnerability and adaptation to extremes in South America

1. Guidelines for Poster Presentation

The abstract should clearly describe:
1. Title: concise and consistent with the body of the abstract
2. Author (s), and its guiding institutions
3. Introduction: overview of the subject with defining the goals and indicating the relevance of research
4. Methodology: how it was done
5. Results: The results, if any, reference measurements and statistical calculations applied
6. Conclusions: based on the data presented in paragraph 5 (results), referring to the research objectives
7. Do not include tables and graphs, and do not cite or quote and bibliographies
8. Funding agency: report if there

General information:

1. They can be submitted summaries of scientific papers written in English, developed by academic or professional
2. Use A4, font Times New Roman, size 12, single space, generic and specific names in italics and a maximum of 2750 characters with spaces, including title, authors, institution, body of abstract and development agency
3. Should be quoted the full names of authors, including the supervisor

 

2. Standards for the Preparation and Presentation of the Poster
Preparation

The poster should be made only if the summary submitted to obtain the answer of acceptance
a) Size: width: 90cm x Height: 90cm
c) Readability and resources: the text of the poster should be legible at a distance of at least 2m. Use the resources available for the poster to interest the public.
It is not mandatory printing plotter. Can be printed on vinyl or paper with drawstring at the top for attachment
d) The poster should include:
- Identical to the title of the abstract submitted
- Names of authors: the same summary submitted and Institutions
- Research data: introduction, methodology, results and conclusions. Using minimal text and maximum figures, tables and graphics possible
- Agency for the promotion: report if there

Presentation

a) The first author will be informed by e-mail or letter about accept response, location, day and time of presentation
b) There shall be allowed for the presentation (non-authors)
c) At least one author should remain with the poster to respond, at the time of the presentation to answer questions of interested parties

Local infrastructure

For each poster will be booked on the day of your presentation, a panel for attachment with your ID, a support table for notebook power point (if you need) and directed lighting
